      On some 2.7L EcoBoost Edge and Fusions, when stacking the BoostMAX and PedalMAX a P1013 diagnostic code may appear. If this does happen a pedal reset should correct the issue. To perform the pedal reset – Turn key on without starting the vehicle and press the accelerator pedal to the floor 5 Times quickly, pause, then press it again 5 times slowly and turn the ignition off. Start the vehicle and the P1013 diagnostic code should be gone. Be aware there is a notice in Ford’s dealer system for a P1013 Code for some vehicles and a pedal reset will not fix that issue, but it should reset if the code is caused by the installation of a BoostMAX/PedalMAX combo. – JMS Chip
