Below are links to pictures of the Map and Tip sensor locations for the 2015/2016 Edge Sport 2.7L EcoBoost.
Map Sensor is located on the top of the engine under the Engine Cover:

An alternative method would be to route the cable under the car and through the same grommet hole that is used for the transmission gear selector cable and linkage. -

Started this last night to see the links are not showing the TIP location. Under my passenger front wheel is nothing similar. Maybe that is a photo of an escape?

To help 2016 Edge owners the TIP sensor is under the air deflector on the passenger side, I routed the wire through the harness gasket on the Passenger side and mounted the unit on the hood support bracket
